In honor of Mary Kate’s Birthday

  1. Buy a ticket to Movies by Moonlight in the Garden at San Antonio Botanical Garden.
  2. Visit Southbound Coffee – snag a coffee and donate menstrual products for the San Antonio chapter of Periods United.
  3. Get takeout at a Black-owned restaurant for Black Restaurant Week.
  4. Explore the newly christened Howard W. Peak Greenway Trails System.
  5. Shop art supplies from Spare Parts and get creative. 
  6. Visit an art exhibit at Blue Star Contemporary.
  7. Make a list of your favorite local women for Women’s History Month. (We’ve got a few to get you started.)
  8. Volunteer to help MOVE Texas get out the youth vote.
  9. Complete SAY Sí’s community survey.

  18. Visit a local park.

  22. Celebrate San Antonio Museum of Art’s 40th Birthday.
  23. Shop local.

  29. Listen to portraits of women who are making modern herstory with The Herstory Project.
