The City of San Antonio is hosting its first ever Sustainability Forum on June 23rd from 5:00 to 8:00 pm in the Grotto of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.
This Forum will provide a platform to learn about and help refine what sustainability means to San Antonio. Come share your ideas and concerns about air and water quality, economic vitality, social equity, land use decisions, transportation options and much more. Ideas generated through this Forum will help develop a robust Sustainability Plan, which will serve as a roadmap outlining actions that should be taken now to achieve the vision identified through the SA2020 process. The Sustainability Plan is part of SA Tomorrow, an integrated, three-pronged planning effort to guide the City toward smart, sustainable growth.
The City and its partners are designing this event to have interactive activities and speaker programs running concurrently…
