The Collective?

The Collective is a three-day series of workshops, artist talks, and hands-on activities led by San Antonians—all designed to inspire community-driven action.

In addition to these sessions, The Collective will coincide with SA2020’s online release of the newest community data showing where San Antonio stands on reaching the shared Community Vision. During The Collective, Team SA2020 will present key takeaways about San Antonio’s progress and challenges. The Collective will be primarily virtual with a few in-person engagement opportunities with COVID-19 protocols in place and in line with the recommendations of local health authorities.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Collective is growing for 2022! We’re expanding this event to span 3 days, with a different track on each day. (That means you can catch all the sessions.) We’ll share the times soon!

Sessions will include keynotes, one on on conversations, how-to workshops, live performances, and panels.

Every session will be recorded, and ticket holders will have access to all sessions through Feburary 2022. That means you can rewatch sessions or catch the ones you might have missed.

This year, The Collective will be primarily virtual with a few in-person engagement opportunities with COVID-19 protocols in place and in line with the recommendations of local health authorities. 

Once you purchase your ticket, you’ll receive an email with access information for our event platform. This is where you’ll find the schedule, more information about the speakers, and all of the sessions. You can log in to Whova via the website, or download the app on your smartphone. 

To make our events as accessible as possible, SA2020 offers three ticket options. Each level provides the same access to all sessions, meal vouchers, and a swag bag. 

  • The Connector level ticket is discounted for folks who are covering the ticket cost out of their own limited funds, including students, underemployed individuals, or those living on a fixed income. 
  • The Sustainer level ticket covers the actual cost per attendee. This ticket is for folks who have the resources to cover this level, or their organization is purchasing or contributing to the cost of their registration.
  • The Multiplier level ticket makes the event more affordable for folks who need it by allowing SA2020 to offer the Connector-level ticket option.
