San Antonio Council on Alcohol and Drug Awareness provides education, youth prevention programs, information resources and a continuum of services to prevent and reduce substance use. As a partner of SA2020 we work toward empowering the community to live healthy lives, improving family wellbeing and socially connecting adults, teens and adults to positive opportunities in order to have create a safe and thriving community.
