How Project MEND impacts San Antonio's shared Community Vision

Mobility and Independence are basic human rights. People with disabilities have little choice but to depend on family, friends, and the increasingly limited healthcare system when daily activities of life become insurmountable chores. Project MEND provides medical equipment and assistive technology services in order to decrease the burdensome cost of equipment to clients and keep our landfills empty of such items. As a partner of SA2020 we work to increase access to healthcare for people with disabilities and decrease poverty.
