Magdalena House provides support and services to women and children survivors of family violence and trafficking. Since 2007, Magdalena House has been a transitional shelter that provides 24/7 support, including food, clothing, health care, legal support, household supplies, and transportation. Additionally, Magdalena House supports residents in their educational pursuits, with 79% of women who stay 18 months or more completing academic milestones, such as obtaining a GED, Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, certified training, or completing an ESL program.
