For Her

How For Her impacts San Antonio's shared Community Vision

For Her reaches out to women and youth who are or have recently been sexually exploited and/or trafficked in San Antonio. We also serve women at risk (e.g., women who fall below the poverty line, survivors of domestic violence, formerly incarcerated women, single parents) or from historically underserved groups, who feel disconnected and in need of resources, support and community to prevent current or future exploitation. By providing services such as mentoring, professional counseling, educational programming and legal advocacy to survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking, For Her champions women’s human rights, dignity, and equity. For Her offers a continuum of compassionate care with programs centered in outreach, advocacy, education, and building a community network. Recognizing one organization cannot achieve community results alone, For Her centers community partnerships with nonprofits and churches across San Antonio.
